To those who may concern,
I am the resident of your Sherwood apartment since January 2008.
I just want to highlight that on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday this week, my family has been accused of stealing the pool ball by your staff. Even though we have said that we didn't take any ball from the pool table, the staff doesn't seem to believe. They keep asking the same question to my family in 3 consecutive events which is very annoying. The climax of my frustration came when they have jumped into the conclusion and decided that we have stolen the ball! As a result of this decision, they request me to pay VND160,000 to Sherwood as a penalty for the missing ball. A Penalty for something that we never did..! THIS IS ANNOYING!
Anyway, since we didn't took the ball, we're reluctant to pay and request them to properly check the pool table – the action that they should done that in the first place before making this serious accusation. And true enough, the “missing ball” is inside the table – inline with what we mentioned to them since the day one but they never believe.
To the staff that made this accusation against me, this is my message: do your work properly. You have been given a simple task – to relocate the missing ball, but you failed it completely. Instead of doing your job to relocate the ball, you took the short cut by accusing your tenant stealing the ball and request for the penalty. So, if you think you are not good for the job, say it so that you can be replaced.
To the management: You need to know your staff capability and put the right staff at the right position. Remember, even the Giant Titanic can sink; same thing can happen to us if we’re not careful and take things for granted.
Just imagine, if the ball is never been found, until today and forever, your staff will still thinking that my kids & my brother steal (took without permission) the ball – THIS IS VERY SERIOUS MATTER TO ME.
And now, after 22 months staying in this beautiful building, and contribute to nearly USD 75,000.00 on the rental term to Sherwood, I am thinking of moving out of this apartment.
There is NO PRICE for PRIDE.
Rgds,
Zaidi Awang
